De La Rosa’s began in 2010 as a family-run food truck with a simple purpose: share authentic, street-style Mexican cooking with southeastern Wisconsin.
Under the De La Rosa family name, the truck has stayed rooted in traditional recipes—from tacos, burritos, and tortas to quesabirria, tamales, and regional specialties—served with fast, friendly hospitality. Today, that same standard of excellence and care is guiding a renewed focus on personal catering.
